Hi, I’m Hamid,

I’m a Business Analyst with a technical background in AI, data and software engineering. My work sits where business questions, processes, people and technology meet. I focus on structuring complex problems, understanding what really needs to improve, aligning stakeholders around a shared understanding and turning analysis into decisions, better ways of working and solutions that can actually be implemented.

My experience spans business analysis, process improvement, enterprise operations and digital initiatives across insurance, banking, technology and research. I combine that experience with hands-on technical delivery and CBAP certification from IIBA to connect business needs, stakeholder priorities and implementation realities.
